I found American Modern at a local home and garden show where their rubber mulch caught my eye. I have all different types of flowers and bushes in my garden beds and at first I was skeptical about them getting the water they needed, but the mulch lets water down into the soil just like regular mulch and I had no issues with any of my plants. All and all I have to say that this product is absolutely amazing! I use to spend a weekend every spring replacing my mulch, but this year I will be out on the back deck relaxing :)
